Specify your starting point within Carolina
Carolina is a municipality, so send the full address of your home, hotel, rental or other pickup location. Include the neighborhood or development name when it helps distinguish the property. For a condominium or gated residence, describe the entrance and confirm where you will meet the vehicle. If you mean a pickup at San Juan Airport or a hotel in Isla Verde, say that explicitly and provide the relevant flight or property details. Those locations need more specific instructions than a general request for a shuttle from Carolina.
Confirm the park destination and arrival requirement
Use the full name Carabalí Rainforest Adventure Park when requesting the ride. The park lists its location as Road #3 Km. 32.4, Exit 992, Street A, Luquillo, Puerto Rico 00773, near Río Grande. Share the date of your visit and the required check-in time from your activity confirmation. If the park has provided more detailed arrival instructions, include them in the request. Discuss your departure using the actual Carolina pickup address, leaving room for traffic and check-in instead of relying on an estimate for the municipality as a whole.
Prepare the passenger and access details
Tell Puerto Rico Island Shuttle the number of passengers and the bags or equipment you expect to bring. Ask about suitability for any specific vehicle needs before confirming. If pickup is at a residential complex, check whether there are visitor-entry instructions and decide whether your group will meet inside or at an accessible outside location. Use the minimum information needed to coordinate that meeting point. For a group starting at several Carolina addresses, list the proposed stops and ask how they affect the quote and departure schedule, or select one shared pickup.
Agree on the fare and the journey home
Call or WhatsApp 7875088304 with your Carolina address, visit date, passenger count and activity check-in time to request a quote and check availability. Confirm the meeting location and departure details before treating the ride as booked. If you need a return from the park, provide your expected finish time and the exact drop-off address. Mention if you will be going somewhere different afterward, such as another accommodation or the airport. Discuss the park meeting point, any waiting terms and how to communicate changes to the activity or return schedule.
Carabalí Rainforest Adventure Park is in Luquillo, near Río Grande. Its official address is Road #3 Km. 32.4, Exit 992, Street A, Luquillo, Puerto Rico 00773. Arrange park activities directly with the park; confirm transportation separately.
Questions about your Carolina to Carabali shuttle
Is a Carolina neighborhood name enough to arrange pickup?
Send the street address and property name or building number. Add entrance details, then confirm a meeting point identifying one specific location.
What if I am starting at San Juan Airport?
State that your pickup is at the airport and provide your flight date, airline, flight number and luggage details. Confirm the airport meeting instructions separately from an ordinary hotel or residential pickup in Carolina.
Can I request a return to a different Carolina address?
Yes, you can include a different return destination in the request. Provide the complete address and expected park finish time, then confirm availability, the pickup arrangement and the fare terms before making final plans.
