Identify the right Isla Verde entrance
Give the full name of your Isla Verde hotel or condominium, together with its street address. A beachfront property may have separate entrances for guests, vehicles and beach access, so confirm which one is suitable for your shuttle pickup. For a rental, include the building name rather than relying only on the name used in the booking listing. Ask whether you should meet at the lobby, driveway or another agreed location. Be ready with your whole group at that point so the driver can identify the correct party.
Match departure to the park's check-in instructions
Your activity confirmation is the starting point for planning the ride. Send the visit date, scheduled activity and required arrival time, including any early check-in instructions from the park. Carabalí Rainforest Adventure Park is in Luquillo, near Río Grande, at Road #3 Km. 32.4, Exit 992, Street A, Luquillo, Puerto Rico 00773. Ask about an appropriate departure for your Isla Verde address and leave room for traffic and arrival procedures. Verify your activity details with the park directly if your reservation changes before the day of travel.
Describe the group and the bags coming along
Tell Puerto Rico Island Shuttle how many people will travel and whether you are carrying day bags, larger suitcases or other equipment. This is especially useful if your park visit falls between hotel checkout and another destination. Explain any luggage plan in advance and confirm storage arrangements directly with the property or venue involved. If part of your group is still arriving at San Juan Airport, say so when requesting the trip. An Isla Verde hotel pickup and an airport arrival involve different meeting details, even when they are part of the same day.
Arrange the ride back to Isla Verde
Call or WhatsApp 7875088304 to request the outbound shuttle and ask about a return pickup. Provide the expected activity finish time and confirm where your group should meet at the park. If you plan to eat or spend additional time there, include that in your return request rather than assuming the vehicle will wait. Ask for the quoted fare, availability and any waiting or schedule-change terms before confirming. For a different return address, send the new hotel, restaurant or rental name so both directions reflect the trip you actually need.
Carabalí Rainforest Adventure Park is in Luquillo, near Río Grande. Its official address is Road #3 Km. 32.4, Exit 992, Street A, Luquillo, Puerto Rico 00773. Arrange park activities directly with the park; confirm transportation separately.
Questions about your Isla Verde to Carabali shuttle
What if my hotel has several entrances?
Share the hotel name and address, then confirm the vehicle entrance. A lobby name or entrance description helps distinguish your pickup from beach or parking access.
Can I bring suitcases after checking out?
Include the number and size of your bags when requesting the shuttle so vehicle suitability can be checked. Separately confirm where the bags will stay during your activity before you finalize the day's plans.
How do I request a return to Isla Verde?
Give the expected finish time and exact Isla Verde destination. Confirm the park meeting point, pickup time and fare terms directly. Tell the shuttle contact if your activity timing or return address changes.
